The physical therapists at the Center for Pain Management are dedicated to combining their expert clinical skills and passion for helping others to get the Center's patients back to living life as fully and quickly as possible.

Meet our Physical Therapy Staff

Kelli Gonzales is a graduate of Indiana University. Before joining the Center for Pain Management, she compiled 25 years of experience in acute, rehab, outpatient and skilled nursing care in Connecticut, Florida, Illinois and California. Kelli possesses a flexible approach to physical therapy and enjoys working within a collaborative and multidisciplinary framework.

Dionne Jewell is a graduate of the University of Indianapolis Krannert School of Physical Therapy. At the University, she earned both a bachelor of science degree in human biology and a master of science degree in physical therapy. Upon graduation, she worked as both a therapist and marketing representative, which allowed her to develop relationships in the medical community in addition to treating patients. Since graduation, Dionne has focused her skills in treating general orthopedics and sports medicine in addition to working as needed within a skilled nursing facility. Her strengths include exercise prescriptions, Mulligan mobilizations, positional release technique, myofascial release and soft tissue mobilizations.

Amy Rice is a physical therapist as well as the administrator for the Center for Pain Management. She received a bachelor of science degree in biology and a bachelor of arts degree in music from Baylor University in Waco, Texas. She also holds a master of science degree in physical therapy and enjoys taking a break from her daily management tasks to work hands-on with patients whenever possible.
