We're here to help.

Patients who have chronic pain often have depression and/or anxiety, so we have a licensed clinical psychologist on staff who is experienced in treating those issues. We also have a Group Therapy course to help patients learn how to manage the stress and emotional impact of chronic pain.

We’re open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, but you may call anytime to leave a message.

No – we ask that patients present their insurance information and pay their copayments and/or coinsurance at the time of their appointment.

We often prescribe physical therapy as part of a patient’s treatment plan. Our physical therapists work with patients individually at our Indianapolis and Greenwood locations.

We have free parking in surface lots in front of each of our locations. The Indianapolis location also has a covered entrance for patient drop-offs.

We don’t do traditional back surgery (such as spinal fusions and laminectomies). Our surgical treatments for back pain are minimally invasive and target the nerves, not the spinal bones or discs.

Center for Pain Management does not guarantee that patients will receive prescription medication. If we determine that a prescription opioid medication is a necessary part of a patient’s treatment, we require the patient to sign a medication agreement and follow all guidelines.

We have the answers.
