Center for Pain Management in Indianapolis strives to provide cost-effective care. We do not offer financing options or payment plans, but we do accept a wide range of insurance carriers and programs.
We are eligible for many HMO plans as long as your primary care physician authorizes your treatment program. We also offer direct-pay options for patients that are out-of-network.
