Center for Pain Management (CPM) is part of American Pain Consortium Holdings, LLC, (APCH), an organization that provides management services to interventional pain management (IPM) practices and ambulatory surgical centers (ASC) across the Midwest. Dr. Edward J. Kowlowitz, founder and medical director of CPM, is the CEO and president of APCH and an APCH board member. Dr. Kowlowitz is a board-certified pain management physician, leading expert in chronic and acute pain management, and international leader in pain-related neuromodulation.
APCH currently operates three pain care clinics and two surgery centers in Indiana under the Center for Pain Management brand. APCH also recently entered the Columbus, Ohio, market with the acquisition of Gemini Surgery Center (GSC) and will provide management services to the center’s affiliated pain management practice, Integrated Pain Solutions (IPS).
APCH member organizations offer a variety of pain management treatments that may include nerve blocks and injections, spinal cord stimulators, intrathecal pain pumps, ketamine infusions, diagnostic imaging services, high-complexity toxicology lab services, physical therapy, responsible pain medication management, and psychological services. IPS also offers stem cell injections and hormone replacement therapy and engages in research trials.
