CPA, CFE, CISA, CM&AA, Chief Financial Officer
John Henne is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Center for Pain Management. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor (CM&AA). In his capacity as CFO, he is an integral member of the company’s executive leadership team and brings 14 years of expertise of public accounting experience in the areas of audit and assurance, transaction management, fraud examinations, internal process and controls analysis, and compliance monitoring.
Prior to joining the Center for Pain Management, Mr. Henne worked for Katz, Sapper & Miller (one of the top 65 CPA firms in the nation) as Director of Audit & Assurance. Over the course of his career, he has advised on over 20 transactions with total enterprise value of approximately $1B. He is active in the business community and is a frequent speaker and presenter on a variety of professional accounting and finance topics including fraud, accounting standards, risk management, and mergers & acquisitions. He is also involved in many philanthropic, community, leadership, and industry groups.
Mr. Henne is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, Indiana CPA Society, and Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors. He also serves on the Membership Committee for the Indiana Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth.
John Henne earned a Master of Professional Accountancy degree from Indiana University Kelley School of Business and his undergraduate degree from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana.
