COVID-19 Update

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) are still requiring patients wear cloth face coverings or masks when they go to outpatient appointments. We cannot provide masks for all patients, so we ask that you wear a mask to your in-office appointment in Indianapolis, Greenwood, or Lafayette.

If you have an in-office appointment scheduled and you are experiencing symptoms including cough, difficulty breathing, chills, muscle aches, unusual headache, sore throat, unusual congestion, loss of taste or smell, or a fever (above 99.5) please call us in advance of your appointment at (317) 706-7246. You may not always be aware if you have a low grade fever; so please take your temperature prior to coming to the office.

Patients and staff will continue to be screened for symptoms upon arrival. Also, please remember that patients may be accompanied by only one guest in our waiting rooms. We appreciate the opportunity to serve you, and we will keep you advised of any other critical information that could impact your visit.
