In-Office Visits

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) are recommending patients wear cloth face coverings or masks when they go to outpatient appointments. 

We cannot provide masks for all patients, so we asked that you wear either a cloth face covering (scarf, homemade mask, etc.) or mask, if you have one, to your in-office appointment.

If you have an in-office appointment scheduled and you are experiencing symptoms of fever, cough, or difficulty breathing, please call us in advance of your appointment at (317) 706-7246.

Also, please remember that patients may be accompanied by only one guest in our waiting rooms.

What We’re Doing

We are committed to providing excellent care under these unusual circumstances. In addition to providing telemedicine services, we have implemented the following:

  • E-prescribing capability for all clinicians.
  • Screening our staff and patients per CDC guidelines by taking temperatures and assessing every person before they enter our buildings or clinics.
  • Utilization of Personal Protective Equipment by all clinic and surgery staff members.
  • Practicing social distancing with many staff members working remotely.
  • Sanitizing our facilities daily.
  • Performing medically time-sensitive procedures on low-risk patients only, and seeing new patients with appropriate safety measures in place.
